FAQ

Does Reflexor work with Flatpak or Snap VSCodium builds?

Yes. Reflexor manages its embedded local engine or connects automatically to local backends over standard localhost sockets. For sandboxed packages like Flatpak, ensure local socket or network access is permitted.

Is any telemetry transmitted by Reflexor?

None. Reflexor collects no telemetry and never uploads your code. Embedding generation and token inference run 100% on your local hardware.

Is a dedicated GPU required to use Reflexor in VSCodium?

No. Efficient quantized models (such as Qwen 2.5 Coder 1.5B or 7B) deliver fast response times on modern multi-core CPUs with AVX2 as well as Apple Silicon unified memory.
